The Information We Gather and How it is Used

If you place credit card orders with us by post, fax or telephone, then your credit card details are used only to process your order, and are not retained by us.

Where Your Information is Held

The customer and order information that is stored on our website is held on servers belonging to our hosting service eUKHost, located in Maidenhead and Milton Keynes in the United Kingdom.

Printed and electronic records of customer and order information are held in our offices in Cambridge, United Kingdom.

Mailing List

When you subscribe to our newsletter, the name and email address you provide will only be used by us to provide you with our newsletter service. These contact details will not be used for any other marketing purpose, nor will they be sold to any third party. When you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your name and contact details will be removed from our mailing list records.

We will not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose personal information about customers to any third parties for commercial purposes without your consent. However, your information may be shared with third parties under certain conditions, which are set out below:

However, you will still have full access to the rest of our website, including the online catalogue.

  3. You can choose to receive or not to receive email newsletters from us. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from our newsletter on our newsletter page.
  4. You can choose to remove your online account. Go to your Account page and selected the Delete My Account option. Alternatively, you can contact us to request the removal of your account details, although please note that we will need to confirm your identity before we can proceed.
  5. We also provide a downloadable order form for customers who prefer not to conduct purchases online. However, please note that when you send us the completed order form, you will still have to include the necessary contact details and (if paying by credit card) credit card information.
